Some days back Facebook introduces a new migration tool “Profile To Business Page Migration”, which converts personal profile to business profile and turn all their friends into fans. It is useful for people who created personal profile for their business purpose before fan page concept was introduced. This migration process has some disadvantages; it will migrate only your profile pictures and confirmed friends to fans. All other content on your profile will not be transferred.
Before migration download your profile information for your backup. Facebook also provided Profile to Business Page Migration Appeal form for people who accidentally migrated there profile to a Page.
